You've got the height, the looks but you dont know what you're expecting during the interview or even after you start training. You have no idea..so let me share with you some tips! Well, before going for the interview take a minute and ask yourself. Do you really want this? Do you really know what are the job scope of a cabin crew apart from looking pretty standing at the door greeting all passengers? Alot people don't read up and know their jobscope especially they don't know what they expect before they join as a cabin crew. If you're here just to look pretty with your 'Ohh,i don't do toilet cleaning' attitude, then so sorry out the door you go. I'm talking about AirAsia. What i like best about them, is that they select people from all walks of life regardless you're from which background, or what sort of qualifications you have. They don't care whether if you're a degree holder or how many countless cert you have. They select every single individuals who are unique and talented in their own ways and make us as one big family. Thats what makes me an All star! Truly a dream come true.

Okay, cut it short. Let me share with you some tips if you wanna be an All Star too! Before the interview please :

• Get all your valid documents ready. Print extra copies just incase.
  



• Come in full make up. No glittery eyeshadows or opera make up.
  



• Wear knee length skirt and pick a nice blouse to match. Keep those micro mini tight skirts or grandma skirts at home!
  



• Wear pantyhose in charcoal color 21 only. It is not black in color, more like dark greyish black. You can get it in Guardian.
  



• Bring your make up kit/facial blotters incase you have to stay there whole day for the final interview.




• Leave your gone-were-the-days- bun hairstyle at home. It might ruin your chance to go to the second stage. Best come with pony tails, or just let you hair down if it is longer than your shoulder. Blow it to have the volume.




• Carry your big smile with you all the time! Don't be fake, they can tell! :)
